"The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning."

"This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure."

"My cruise ended at 7:30 a.m. Thought I’d be homeless til check in. Was so happy a room was ready at a hotel so conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Customer service was excellent and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Hyatt hotels! "

"The room was super clean, it was a bit small but to be expected and the view from our room was amazing! The place was super artsy, and right across the way from the ferry. The pikes place market was about a 12 minute walk away, not too far at all. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, highly recommend . "
