The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions nearby. The staff were friendly, and the stay met our expectations. "After a long day of travel, we got to the Hyatt Regency and were greeted by very welcoming staff. Was able to get into room early which was such a relief. Receptionist were helpful and so kind, the room was crisp and clean, the hotel was quiet even though people were everywhere. Location to tourist places was 15-min walk. Have never been to a Hyatt property, but would select them for future travel due to this experience. Thank you!"
