No pude utilizar la propiedad, al llegar la administradora te quiere obligar a quedarte en un lugar que NO reservaste, te mandan la ubicación de un chalet para una persona y te trata de lo más grosera, la persona que está a cargo para abrir me comentó que no es la primera vez que ocurre algo así, tuve una PESIMA experiencia y ahora veremos qué pasa con el reembolso

Un poco mas atención del dueño y limpieza

Me costo trabajo hablar al establecimiento y saber si mi reserva estaba lista, solo aceptan efectivo, encontré algunos cabellos en las sabanas lo cual claramente demuestra que no las cambian en cada salida, la señora que atiende muy amable, el lugar es bonito, el jacuzzi funciona bien, el calentador deja de sacar agua caliente en pocos minutos por alguna razón, bien ubicada, muy privada, solo considero que por el costo la limpieza debería de ser impecable, en lo general muy bien.

La casa está muy bien, limpia y cómoda. Lo único es que no tiene seguridad y la puerta del garage no funciona bien lo que me hizo sentir un tanto insegura en la noche.

Excelente, las instalaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. En la cabaña grande disponen de acceso a internet, se sugiere que se habilite en la cabaña pequeña. Y que dispongan de una cafetera en las misma.

Excelente lugar para relajarse. 5 min del centro de Huasca. Y la señora María Luisa es un amor nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Recomiendo el lugar ampliamente.

The house is really nice and very spacious. This was our second time coming. The first time we enjoyed it a lot!! However this time there’s like a bird nests on one of the rooms upstairs and it made our night horrible. The noise can be heard through the wood. Hope they can solve this matter, especially if there’s light sleepers like us.

La casa es muy linda y buenas instalaciones. Hace falta limpieza integral. Me recibieron muy bien pero considero que debe mejorar considerablemente los servicios en particular ropa de cama y extras como internet, Cable y otros.

There is no signage outside this property. The phone number did not work so we emailed the property around 11am. Although the checkin time began at 2, the staff did not text us until 3:30. The house was beautiful and the woman who let us in was lovely, however, we had to ask to have the hot water turned on, which meant waiting for her to come back. After an hour of the water being on, we then were hit with an overwhelming sewage smell coming from the shower drain and couldn’t shower. Also the house was freezing and there were no heaters and we had to pay the woman to bring us firewood. I had really high hopes for this house, unfortunately it failed expectations.

Casa cómoda pero falta mantenimiento SOLO PAREJAS

La coordinación de inicio fue compleja ya que necesitaba cambiar fechas, al final no se pudo. La llegada es muy complicada ya que no existen los señalamientos adecuados, la persona encargada se encargo de darme la guía necesaria de manera telefónica. La casa es muy cómoda, en general bien diseñada y cuidad, sin embargo, necesita mucha limpieza, ya que en general pisos, mesas y muebles están llenos de polvo, la parrilla del asador se nota que hace mucho no se limpiaba. Hace falta mantenimiento en la tina de hidromasaje ya que el tubo que llena la tina, tiene puesta una bolsa para que no chorree el agua, la encargada dijo que lo ha reportado pero no han hecho lo necesario por arreglarlo. La tarja necesita mantenimiento ya que de la nada se cayo la manguera (plástica) del tubo de desagüe, tuvieron que poner una cubeta para evitar cayera el agua y mojara toda la cocina. Las toallas de baño son como lijas, necesita que le apliquen algún suavizante. Los blancos están muy limitados y no los cambian diario. OJO, Yo fui con mi esposa y mi hijo y aunque las capacidad anunciada dice que para 4 personas (hasta 3 niños), me cobraron extra al menor, pregunte por medio del chat al hotel pero jamas me respondieron, necesite un colchón inflable, que por cierto tiene fuga ya que por la mañana esta en el suelo, solo la primer noche la prepararon a petición mía, la segunda ya no fueron, yo tampoco llame, pero si están ofreciendo y cobrando esa ocupación "extra" deberían hacerlo sin pedirlo.

Cabaña agradable

Cuenta con lugar para hacer fogatas, lugar agradable, no se comparte con otras cabañas. El tercer cuarto no tiene puerta y entra luz, pero en general es muy buena opción para relajarse y descansar.

BUENA UBICACION, ESTA MUY CERCA DE HUASCA DE OCAMP

LA CABAÑA NO TIENE SUFICIENTES COBERTORES PARA LAS OCUPANTES, LAS VENTANAS TIENEN ABERTURAS POR DONDE PASA EL AIRE (FRIO), NO HAY SUFICIENTES CONTACTOS, LAS TOALLAS AUNQUE LIMPIAS PARECEN LIJAS, EL BAÑO QUE DEBERIAN COMPARTIR LA RECAMARA DE ARRIBA SE LOCALIZA EN LA PLANTA DE ABAJO Y LA SUPUESTA TERCER RECAMARA QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN NIVEL SUPERIOR NO SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR RECAMARA POR QUE NO TIENE PUERTA DE PRIVACIDAD ES UN ESPACIO QUE SE UTILIZO DE SALA DE TV EN DONDE SE PUSO UNA CAMA, NO HAY CORTINAS EN TODAS LAS VENTANAS, RECHINAN LAS BASES DE LA CAMA, Y LO PEOR ES EL ACCESO QUE ESTA SOBRE LA CARRETERA Y NO HAY FORMA DE INGRESAR DE MANERA SEGURA A LA PUERTA DEL GARAGE, ASI MISMO NO SE ENTREGA LLAVE Y HAY QUE ESTAR DEJANDO LA PUERTA ATRANCADA CON UNA PIEDRA. The House is beautiful.

The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. It was clean and spacious. The extra blankets previded were convenient, because it gets really cool at night.

Bonita cabaña cerca de Huasca de Ocampo

Vale la pena por lo bonita que es la cabaña y la tranquilidad que tiene el lugar. No tiene señalización ni número afuera por lo que llegar se puede dificultar. Tienes que avisar a que hora llegas porque no hay recepción pero los teléfonos que están en la página de Expedia no existen. Si sales con el coche el portón de la calle se queda abierto, debería de tener llave. Los accesorios de baños están en mal estado y el surtido de toallas limitado a una por persona y la misma toalla para todo el fin de semana. Llovió mucho y no secaban. No hay vasos en la cocina!! Ofrecen chimenea en la página pero cuando llegas no la puedes utilizar.
