"We arrived at airport almost midnight; called hotel for shuttle which came promptly; hotel is less than five minutes away. Hotel staff helped my very elderly mother and I with our suitcases up to our room. The beds were very comfortable, the room clean , quiet and dark, had everything we needed. My mother enjoyed the breakfast they provided the next morning. I, myself, don’t eat hotel food. We’ve stayed there twice now, arriving very late both times, and had a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."
