"This is a motel. It’s average in rating. Stairs to level 1 were a challenge when dragging luggage up and down them. Rooms are comfy and clean except for a few dirty finger prints on the TV cabinet. But because we stayed when there was a regional sports tournament happening we were significantly overcharged for our room. "friendly staff and huge room"

"The room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the sliding bathroom door, it kept sticking and getting stuck in its pocket cavity. We would stay there again 😁"

"There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, kettles."

"We were very impressed with the size and layout of this room. Our daughter uses a Wheelchair and the room was very well layed out, plenty of space to get around and a very accessible bathroom. It was very clean and tidy, the Family Room had 3 beds as well as a comfy lounge. It was also at a very good price point for a room like this in Tamworth. The management were very courteous and helpful. We will definately stay here again."
