"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...

"Located in the heart of UMass Amherst campus, the convenience to the college is unsurpassed. The staff welcomed us, accommodated all our requests, was friendly and genuine.
