"The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager...

Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. "I typically look at the convenience of the hotel location as the first criterion when choosing a place to stay while travelling. It is very close to Serdika Metro station with one of the subway lines comes from the airport - so no need to take a cab. Close to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (the couple trips I booked had a gathering spot in this area) and a few other attractions. My hotel room was clean. The breakfast sufficient."
