"The service was excellent. Especially the young lady from the front desk, she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. It’s a shame I can’t remember her name. I particular liked the fact they left a welcoming note in the room specifically addressing to me. It was personalized and touching. breakfast was delicious. I appreciate everything. Thank you guys."

"The hotel is stunning, rooms really comfortable and roomy unlike many in Singapore. Pool is small but adequate to enjoy cooling off while looking out at the view. Convenient location for exploring the sights"

"Pro: Like the simple design of this hotel and the location is convenient for where I needed to go. Room was comfortable. Front office staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: Grout in the bathroom wall needs cleaning. Breakfast is somewhat minimal. Can be improved. There is definitely noise problem at night from the near by bars."

"The hotel itself was wonderful! The rooms are surprisingly large for a small hotel. It is in a great location only a few minutes from the bustle of Chinatown along with the MRT station. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bliss. We really enjoyed our stay there. "

"The hotel is well situated for Chinatown and the CBD. Close to MRT. The room was clean and very comfy but the water in the shower was hot or very hot. I reported it but it didn’t seem to make a difference. That said it was excellent value and I'll stay there again next time I am in Singapore"

"One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. Very false and misleading information, thus is one of the example from a lists! Regards, K"
