"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"今回、香港インターナショナルホステルに宿泊しましたが、予約する際に見ていた写真には窓がありましたが、実際には狭い部屋で窓もなくイメージと違いました。宿の受付へ行くまでにも苦労しさらに受付と部屋がある建物が違うなど、事前に日本語で案内が必要だと感じます。さらに深夜に他の宿泊者がフリースペースでうるさかったので、寝不足にもなりました。色々と改善が必要だと感じます。"
