"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"Excellent location, handy to local shopping centre. Ladies at the front reception provided a friendly, no fuss check-in. We requested the room we stay in and it did not disappoint, views are always absolutely gorgeous - added bonus this time of a microwave in our room. The restaurant meals were all cooked to perfection - excellent standard at a price we were more than happy to pay. When reception was notified of other guests smoking, it was handled quickly despite having to call them a second...
