"Spacious room with a desk and comfy chairs for lounging in. Great location, and breakfast was good (although it was served a bit later than we needed for our departure so we were limited to eggs and rice instead of the other options offered after 8:00 am.)"

"The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Luang Prabang in Laos . Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly specially the laides at the restaurant for breakfast.The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone ."

This most recent stay was for three nights, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I could easily make a lengthy list of reasons why Rosewood continues to stand out, but for me, it always comes back to two things: the architectural richness of the property, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality of the people who bring it to life. The Rosewood team has a rare ability to make you feel not simply accommodated, but genuinely cared for. Every detail feels intentional, every interaction thoughtful, and every moment quietly refined. There is a sense that the entire team is there with one purpose — to enrich your visit in a way that feels effortless, gracious, and deeply personal. The property itself offers everything a traveler could hope for when seeking serenity in the heart of nature. Surrounded by a canopy of lush trees, natural gardens, and the peaceful sound of a tranquil stream running through the property, Rosewood creates a sanctuary that feels both elegant and restorative. I am already excited to return again next year.
