"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! "We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in...
