"Friendly staff and food plus It’s close to the Supratours stop. Only issue I had during my stay was the temperature, but that’s what I get for traveling in June. Absolutely would stay again."

"Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "

"The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a 3-star. Our room had no heat and when we spoke to the owner, he brought a small propane space heater to the room. Not only did it not heat the room, but the danger of a propane heater in an enclosed space is obvious. The bed was a boxspring with a thin pad. We could feel ever spring as we tried to sleep.
