"The desk attendant was surly and did not have any welcoming remarks. We were not informed where we could find easy access or local amenities. The room didn’t not have a deadbolt on it. There was not a towel in the room. The room was very sparse which was not a problem for us but may be for others. We only received one key card where we are used to receiving two.
