"I enjoyed my 9 nights at the hotel. Unfortunately,the air conditioner leaked all the time and I had to put down towels to absorb the water since I nearly slipped and fell twice. A technician came several times and was unable to definitively fix the problem but I was never offered the possibility of changing rooms. I deal with the situation but feel they could have done a better job of fixing the situation on some way. "

"I was here for 11 days total. You can see my other great review. But I forgot to mention the WiFi works perfectly and there's a switch to reset it if you have problems. Our switch was under the counter on the bay window side of the room. The bay window opens right into the street a few feet above the sidewalk. Pretty cool feature of one of the rooms. Cleaning service was awesome!"

"Very nice boutique hotel in Polanco. Excellent location between Saks restaurant and Santa Clara ice cream!! Room was well put together and had all you needed in a small space- very clean and pretty! Our TV didn't work so they gave us a free breakfast to comensate which was very nice and the food was delicious! We will definitely return."
