"Professionalisme des employés"

"The night staff was terrible. From 11pm to …We came as a big family for a funeral in Bruxelles( 6 Rooms). We wanted to use the part of the lobby to meet and talk about the plan for the ceremonies. We had no problem with all the other shifts from the morning to early evening but when the night staff came on, they were rude and disrespectful to us. I think they need training on customer service and communication. or all together a career change especially for one of them( the shorter one)I said a...

"The staff is very helpful all of them multilingual."

"Hotel prend de l'âge, nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de réserver avec le déjeuner compris, donc nous avons du payer le plein tarif qui est assez élevé."

"The reception staff were very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the middle of so many attractions and amazing restaurants. Here is what we didn't like. "Nice room and great location"

"Great hotel in a handy location for the metro and landmarks. Very well maintained and would highly recommend staying"

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

"The bed and pillow are so comfy, the personalise welcome card and freebies are bonus, thanks for the team in Pillow city hotel"

"Perfekte Lage"

"Loved the location of the hotel; directly opposite the train station and a Carrefour supermarket was nearby."
