"Wonderful greeting and fast check in, offered to make dinner reservations for us on site which we took advantage of probably the best meal we had while visiting Montreal. Superior service from staff. The room was spotless and very large, grounds and pool/ hut tub amazing. Lovely place to walk around, relax on your own private deck. We are definitely going back again. We visited from Newfoundland, Canada"

"The unit was in very bad condition and I couldn't even stay there. I need my money back. I didn't stay at that hotel because of the poor condition it was in."

"The front desk staff were quick and polite. The room was clean and at a nice temperature- it was a hot day so a nicely cooled but not cold room was a lovely way to start my stay. Breakfast was on time and staff were polite. I let the front desk staff know that the tub drain was partially plugged and they thanked me and notified maintenance staff immediately. Well done!"
