"Parking was atrocious. No reasonable coffee machine in room just some ridiculous espresso gadget. No microwave. Hotels usually scan my credit card for any extras in the room but here they actually charged my card $300 that I should get back in five to ten business days?? Hard Rock hotel Ottawa is out in the country, they little or no facilities for a normal morning breakfast or lunch. If you want a decent tea or coffee and donut it’s 15 kilometres away."

"Wonderful greeting and fast check in, offered to make dinner reservations for us on site which we took advantage of probably the best meal we had while visiting Montreal. Superior service from staff. The room was spotless and very large, grounds and pool/ hut tub amazing. Lovely place to walk around, relax on your own private deck. We are definitely going back again.
