"Our room was clean and good for 1 night stay. The lobby was not clean and the breakfast was actually bad unless you stuck to toast and yogurt. The restaurant for dinner was good. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the lobby at every time of day which was unusual. "

"I made a reservation for a king size bed, I was travelling with a baby.
They checked me in with a twin bed, when I asked they said the king is not available and the booking went through as it usually does even if there is no available rooms. I am honestly surprised, definitely not coming back again.
The rooms on top of this were not very good, clumsy room and lot of noise. Their outdoor is decorated but the rooms are not really good. "

"It served our purpose for an overnight stay. however there was a large hockey team/families in the hotel too who played/created noise until 3am which was very disruptive. we wont stay again without confirming if the same thing is booked. "

"I was very pleased with my stay. The staff weee very friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than I had expected and the staff kindly let me check into my room. The room was clean, the bedding crisp and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located close to the hyw and there was a gas station right beside, which is very convenient for traveling. I would highly recommend and will stay here again. "

"Exceptional clean room! Bed was amazing great sleep! Hotel staff good- restaurant food and service was terrible and Restaurant Manager did nothing- long wait food was terrible and witnessed horsing around in kitchen- two dinners cost 90 dollars for bad food and service - I complained advised reporting then was further advanced by him against my wish to advise I had spoken my distaste to leave me alone

"We didn’t use the laundry facilities.
The room was clean.
We used the pool and gym. We appreciated these facilities.
The staff was friendly. We checked in a little early and checked out a little later in the morning after using the pool with no problems.
We chose this hotel due to a hospital visit. The hotel is easy to get to and it all worked out very well. "
