"The hotel was great and walking distance to parliament building. We loved that it had a kitchen and was pet friendly. Staff was very helpful and kind. However, there were a lot of homeless people in this area… maybe because the hotel is across the street from a shelter?"

ANDAZ OTTAWA BYWARD MARKET, BY HYATT
"Property location was central and easy to walk everywhere. One thing that was annoying is that there is no food available after 9:30. Restaurant is only open for brunch and the rooftop bar also closes at 11pm. Is this the capital city of Canada or the capital city of some rural town."
