Only complaint was how thin the walls and floors are. Very noisy kids right above me but that’s not hotels fault…I should have requested a room on an upper floor. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"This is an old, simple, clean motel. The rooms are adequate, outdated, clean, and very reasonably priced. It seems like many of the reviews here expect the Broadmoor for $65 a night. The free continental breakfast is simple but nice, and the staff is very friendly."

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
