"Excellent in every way! Room spotless, cute and comfortable, every staff member we had dealings with was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. Food excellent, we booked the dinner experience and also the breakfast was extremely good. An awesome experience!"

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"On site parking, local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff were great and very welcoming. Great location and only 15 minutes drive from Dunedin city and good public transport. Hotel is right on the beach front and the views are amazing. A must stay location. "
