"Really nice hotel in Berat, but it’s a bit soulless - there are no facilities just nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was in the sister hotel across the road. Food was adequate and there was a barista making fresh coffee as ordered. Was a bit of a stroll to the old town, but mainly through a pedestrian zone. Parking was on a lot at the back of the hotel."

"Lovely lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when our transport for an excursion didn’t turn up. She helped us contact them and sorted it out. Very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a lovely view of the pool."

"First of all there is a lot item not in room like water, glass, hot water cattle and coffee satchet. Ac is blowing hot air instead of cold. no parking space available , no cupboard for luggage. Staffs are good"
