"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order! If I have to complain, the WiFi is weak in the room but it’s so easy to just use mobile data - no issue with connection at all. "

"Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. We would definitely stay here again. Right in centre as well, 20 mins or so walk to the castle, 5 mins from river and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Beautiful city and people very friendly."

"We loved this property - the staff is attentive, breakfast was rich and you can also have breakfast in the nice garden, they have free parking. We booked a double room and the reception guy showed us the newly renovated section of the hotel which was recently built he said. The room had a huge and modern bathroom, the room was spacious and spotless. It is a great hotel and would definitely stay again. The only disadvantage was there were mosquitos in the rooms so make sure you bring a mosquito device. "
