We had an absolutely amazing time at Palazzo Le Cupole by Wonderful Italy. The apartment was spacious and the location was very convenient. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

A fantastic apartment!! Spectacular views from the huge balcony. A perfect spot to sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy a panoramic view of Ostuni. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Communication was easy with immediate response to all questions. Would not hesitate to book again!!

This apartment in Ostuni is absolutely the best place we could have chosen. We were in the studio at the top of the building with amazing views. The bar downstairs is perfect for a nightcap - comfy beanbags and a lovely atmosphere just a step away from the front door. WiFi was faultless. We were in Ostuni for a wedding and the only thing the apartment could benefit from is a full length mirror perhaps, there is a small mirror in the bathroom. The location is great too, a short walk from the little shops full of beautiful jewellery, souvenirs etc. We were spoilt for choice in terms of cafes, restaurants and bars. Try SerCrepe in the square for delicious crepes of all flavours and an entertaining cooking experience. Dario from Wonderful Italy was extremely helpful and communication around our check in and check out was perfect. Ostini is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Spotless, welcoming, stunning architecture. Just be very careful walking in the little streets in the cathedral area as the paving stones are really smooth and slippery! Wear shoes with some grip!

The town is absolutely lovely, and the apartment is located in the heart of it which is fantastic. But be aware that it is at the top of a steep heel with steps to the apartment which can be hard with cases. The apartment wasn’t clean when I arrived, had an issue with the shower being blocked which wasn’t resolved for 3 days even though I asked about it on my first day. There was also an ant infestation that I asked for ant spray for but never received a reply about getting spray for them which I thought was really disappointing. Communication is hard, I was fortunate enough to have local friends but without them I would have been completely lost with how to find the apartment and needed guidance. The cleanliness was what let it down. Dirty floors, dirty patio, blocked shower filled with hair. Not great.

A dream getaway

One of the most amazing hotels we’ve ever experienced. It’s definitely worth the journey there and exceeds all expectations. It’s such a magical estate and the service is so personal and attentive. We didn’t want to leave and we’re so happy to be there. Hope to return one day in the future

The location was definitely great, but unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t the best. There were quite a few ants around and the place could’ve been cleaner. Communication was also difficult — messages were often answered a day later or not at all. The shower felt a bit unsafe to use, and a few things in the unit didn’t work properly, like the TV, Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning remote (I even had to buy my own batteries). I was also asked to pay 20 euros for a late check-in due to a flight delay, which was a bit disappointing. With some improvements in cleanliness, communication, and maintenance, this place could be much better — but for now, I personally wouldn’t return.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, die Umgebung war auch super. Die Terrasse wunderschön und die Wohnung ist mit alles ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir mussten jeden Abend 20€ für den Parkplatz bezahlen, da es unmöglich war einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Der Ort ist mit Autos und Touristen überlaufen. Die Kathedrale ist sehr laut (auch wenn alles zu ist). Vom Parkplatz bis zur Unterkunft muss man ca. 15 min hoch laufen und eine Menge Treppen in Kauf nehmen. Einkauf oder Koffer hochzutragen war sehr unangenehm. Die Unterkunft hat 2 super Klimaanlagen und eine tolle Küche.

Fräsch lägenhet men helhetsintrycket dras ner

Jättefräsch och bra utrustad lägenhet med AC i alla rum. Bra utbud på köksredskap men saknas porslin och glas. På våningen under i samma hus finns en bar som har öppet och spelar hög musik fram till halv 2 på natten vilket vi tyckte störde mycket. I beskrivningen stod att det skulle finnas utemöbler men det gör det inte. Finns en takterrass utan möbler men inte med den utsikten som är på bilderna. Bra kommunikation via whats up kring incheckning och utcheckning men ingen respons när vi frågade kring utemiljön. Internet väldigt dåligt.
