"Great Breakfast - good ambiance and food was delicious. Apple and Pear Orchard was a Plus - love the beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Guy - Owner was very friendly and accommodating, we appreciated the hospitality while staying at Stora Herrestad. We will definitely consider staying again in the future . "

"Not flash but good budget accommodation. Stayed in 4 bed room with private toilet but shared shower. Areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. Very nice breakfast with friendly staff assisting in kitchen "

"Lovely characterful hotel. Convenient for train and short walk into the beautiful town. Weird lift but it worked fine! Great breakfast. Only downside was some noise from port during day, but not an issue for me as I was out and about. Would definitely stay again in this characterful and atmospheric hotel, but just one night next time."
