"My husband and I stayed here prior to a cruise. We stayed in a junior suite that was absolutely wonderful and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Couldnโ€™t have a nicer staff. We also ate at the restaurant at night located in the hotel and the food and the waiter/waitress staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not close to much of anything except the cruise port that you get the shuttle to."

"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."

"Everything was perfect. The location is simply wonderful: right in the historic center of Ferrara. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were just disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel had only four parking spaces and that they needed to be reserved in advance. We would have preferred to know this beforehand, as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they made us pay 7โ‚ฌ for 24hours of park on street parking places and they edited the parking ticket for us. Breakfast was good! Thank you so much for the stay!"
