The location was walking distance to the Old Town and the staff was so friendly & kind, especially the front desk personnel: Hana, Dejan Tomislav ( Tommy ) and the gentleman with the mustache. "Hotel is in an excellent area. Very easy to get around from here. Tourist sights are all in walking distance The rooms could do with a bit of updating. Don't know if this applies to all rooms. Breakfast was fine. And it was easy to get to sleep , all quiet on a night, even though it is in a lively area throughout the day."

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."
