"It is in the desirable area where good restaurants in back streets are in proximity. The room was good and spacious, and generally very quiet though in the middle of the city. There was a loud music going after 2 am nearby, surprising that is legal. The bar staff are a little oblivious to pay attention as it was not clear how breakfast was to be ordered. Great location."

They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. "We traveled as a Family with a 4 Year old Child. The room Upgrade to a Room with an additional Side room was very nice. The Hotel was Perfect for our Short stay but due to the good Location we were able to see a lot of things. It is good renovated but some small thing need to be fixed or updated."
