I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel - just steps away from the iconic landmarks and beautiful river as well as the shopping areas. The hotel itself is elegant and grand, and my room is cozy, clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the relaxing restaurant in the hotel. Staff members offer high hospitality and are dedicated to providing customers with care and help.

A great hotel - excellent location. Decor was lovely, very clean, well maintained and parking onsite was a big bonus. Rooms were modern, breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having a swim in the indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only niggle was the thermostat - we would have liked to have been able to control the temperature in our room as we found it too hot in the evening, which made it tricky to sleep. Otherwise, we thought everything about the hotel was great. A very nice place to stay in a beautiful city.

Perfect location in the heart of the historically preserved city square. The rooms were spacious and nice. However, the breakfast was very bland. The pool was nice but the sauna area was quite small. Again situated amidst everything great about Ljubljana, but could use a little makeover.

We loved this hotel. We were given an upgrade which was great. The room was very large. Bed was huge and comfortable. Nice bathroom with robes. There was a kettle for making tea/coffee (no milks though!). Breakfast was really nice with a good range of options. The pool wasn't up to much, and you had to pre book a slot as its quite small, but we weren't really there to swim! The best thing was the hotel location. It's perfectly placed for seeing the Old Town. Also the staff were all very lovely and spoke great English. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in the center where you can get to all attractions and near river walk that has bars and cafes. Great breakfast and best for families. Thank you to the staff that helped us get to the destinations we desired in particular Azbe was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with travel options and get our luggage from airport to hotel.

Overall the hotel is in a good area with an OK breakfast. The big disappointment was the dark room, with only one small window. Definitely not worth the price, no sunlight at all. Would absolutely not return.

Great location for old town. Underground parking for car. Great small swimming pool. Room a decent size given location. Breakfast very good. Bar and restaurant very quiet so best to go out for meals but you have endless choice on your doorstep.
