"Very hard to have a good nights sleep because there is a very bright light outside both windows and no blackout curtains. The entire room was lit up all night. As well as the A/C was very loud. Staff has very limited hours and never spoke with anyone in person our entire stay."

"The room was great all-around, and no complaints about the staff and amenities. The only thing I was bothered by was my expectation at booking that our two-bedroom, lake view suite would be directly facing the lake. It was instead facing north, which meant a more indirect lake view, and never any sun into our windows. This was bothersome when we could see others basking in the morning glow, sitting on their patios and enjoying their truly "lake view" rooms. Perhaps I just need to be more savvy about booking trying to book a specific room number next time."

"We love staying at the Spirit Ridge for its beautiful views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Love the wineries and the restaurant on site. Our last stay was mid April 2026, and it wasn’t great unfortunately due to some junior sports championships happening in the town of Osoyoos. The pool was filled with loud 10-12 year olds who kept playing ball, screaming at the top of their lungs, and running around. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub with our little child. Kept getting splashed and hit by the ball. Eventually I’ve had to call the management who showed up right away and asked the kids to put the ball away. Bottom line, they’ve restarted soon as the manager left. The frustrating part is that it took a phone complaint for them to show up, and I wasn’t interested in continuing to call them. I wish I knew that a large crowd of kids was staying at the hotel that weekend, I’d chose to stay elsewhere. My advise is to check ahead of time for the local events in town before you head there."

"Noisy highway,staff were efficient,no breakfast booked,tv didn’t work,technician unable to fix,hot tub just cleaned ,not warm yet,lots of supplies stored in entrance of hotel not appealing,sink outside of bathroom awkward!"
