Only problem was a staff member who thought Saturday breakfast ended at 9:00 and most items were gone and/or not refilled. We got there at 9:00 and no fresh waffle mix, no sausage links, we scrambled eggs so do. No hot water for hot chocolate. Not good. Once staff member was told, then food was restocked but too late for us. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 per your literature and even the sign at the entrance to seating area.

This hotel is much more expensive than the others in town, but you get what you pay for. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and hearty. I can't even think of anything that didn't go well! :)

Disappointed that room was not ready at the 3 pm check in. Front desk staff was not friendly but did find us a clean room after I explained how unacceptable it was to have a check in time and not have any rooms available. Loved the room and service after that situation was corrected and breakfast was amazing. Will book again in the future even with the early snag.

The room was amazing, clean and comfortable; however the staff member that checked me in was not very friendly and didn't give any direction to what level I was on or anything. She just told me that the elevators were on my left and walked away.
