"The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again."

"The pool and hot tub was inaccessible the whole time we were there. The bath tub/shower didn’t drain. There was a random sock under the couch from a previous guest, and the continental breakfast was shut down a half hour early every day if you say it’s gonna be open till 10 do not shut down at 9:30. However, the staff was really friendly, responsive, and helpful. They did fix the tub relatively quickly. "The front desk staff was welcoming. However, although I tried to give the place some grace because they are going through renovations, the room wasn't the cleanest I have seen in this chain. The shower door was very dirty on the bottom and the floor was sticky. When looking up, I see a bug in the light cover, too. A few things that could easily have made the stay better. As I was leaving, I grabbed some coffee and when I took the first sip, it was cold. A little disappointed all the way around."
