"Mixed feelings on this guest house - it was lovely decorated and recently renovated by the owner, who was lovely and super friendly & helpful. Had offered affordable breakfast (500 yen/ person in May 2025) and plenty of shared area spaces - with ability to use glasses / cups / kettle / microwave. Unfortunately I didn’t see during booking that toilet and bathroom are shared for all guests (4-6 rooms, not sure exactly) but luckily we went to bed early and wake up late, so avoided the natural...

"It was AMAZING! My friend and I stayed for one night and it was the highlight of our entire trip in Japan. The food was incredible, the staff were extremely nice and helpful and attentive. "建物内部は比較的綺麗。島内の飲食店の位置などをマップで説明してくれたのも助かりました。ただ、3泊したけど一度もシーツやタオルの交換がなく、部屋のゴミもそのまま。さすがにと思い3日目にタオル交換をお願いしたらまさかの追加料金。朝食場所に行くと、お好きなものをご自由にどうぞと言われたが食パンとヨーグルト程度。ドリンクも水と粉のインスタントコーヒーのみ。トイレ風呂洗面台は全て共用で好きな時間に使えない。グループ客が夜中騒いでおり寝つけず、スタッフも全く注意しない。総じてコスパ悪い。島自体は最高ですが次行くなら宿は絶対変えたいと思いました。"
