Even though I received confirmation email after booking and a message from the hotel in the Expedia app outlining all the details for meals and amenities a week prior to check in, when we arrived at the hotel the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. The hotel was fully booked and had to put us in a room that was under renovation, which means no air conditioning in August. And of course no meals provided and no in-room hot spring tub. We arrived late and were too exhausted to find alternative hotels. The only saving grace was the front desk manager tried hard to find solutions and worked with the Expedia representative to process a refund for the stay. I would recommend anyone booking this hotel on Expedia to call the property directly to secure the reservation. But do be aware of language barrier when you call.

周りに食事処が一軒、コンビニ風の酒屋が一軒しかありませんので、夜の食事は熱川まで出る必要があるかもしれません。 それ以外のコンディションは問題ありません。 清潔な部屋と良いサービスが待っています。

コロナ禍ということもあり、３組しかいなかったため、お風呂もゆっくり入ることができました。浴場自体は大きくないので、複数家族が入ると小さいと感じるかもしれません。料理のボリュームも多く、食べ応えがありました。

WiFiが弱いけど、お値段なりの満足あり。好天満月なら最高の部屋。

古い建物で、室内の調度品、トイレなどもかなり年季の入ったものですが、海正面の広い部屋でゆったり過ごせました。日曜日の宿泊で、お値段も3名で4万円ちょっと。 コロナウィルス騒ぎで運営再開したばかりなので空いてました。なので屋上露天風呂は独り占め状態で、太平洋の眺めもバッチリでした。夜は生憎の曇り空で月を見ること叶わずでしたが、朝は大島がどっしりと視界に入って雄大な景色の中で朝食。食事はお値段なりに美味しかったです。

料金支払い済みにも関わらず、チェックアウト時に請求された。 ただ、その請求額は支払い済み額よりも安価だった！ どういうことか！ おまけに、入湯税を別途徴収された！ もう行きません。 このサイトも信用できなくなりました。
