The room I was given was very clean when I got it and the location was very peaceful especially after a long day out. I would definitely recommend the hotel if there are no issues with walking quite a fair bit to train stations. An overall great place to stay

Nice hotel

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from exit 4 at Higobashi station. Staff were very nice. Room was comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Very good hotel located in a very good place. While it is more than 5 min walk from a subway, it is conviniently located in very picturesque place. Some room are even with river view. Very good breakfast

Loved it! Our stay was really nice. Great access to an incredible park. Only downsides is the Wifi was poor on our floor the laundry machines were a bit dirty, drying took about 3 hours and a lot of coins! So don’t use their machines, just go to a coin in wash near by instead. Our room was nice, staff very professional.

The breakfast is excellent, with sufficient choice. The room is also comfortable. The only demerit is the cleaning service. The hotel only provides room cleaning once every 3 days, although towels and plastic bag are provided every day for changing.

This hotel served as an excellent location to start off my trip in Japan. The hotel is situated in the Ginza district of Tokyo, which provided my a view of glamourous skyscrapers in a very clean and quiet area of Tokyo. The hotel was also very close to public transportation routes, which served me well since it allowed for faster start to sightseeing in Japan. The amenities in this hotel were very solid. My room was cleaned frequently and fresh towels were provided on a daily basis. The breakfast service I had at this hotel served as a great meal to start my morning routine. The one point which I was not pleased about was the staff not taking into consideration my request for a room on the highest floor and with a great view. Other than that one minor detail, my stay at this hotel was great (especially for a first time traveler to Japan).
