Brilliant location. Apartment has all the necessities. Be mindful of the very hard beds (we enjoyed them) and no there being no elevator

屋內清潔環境尚可，但近窗廉位置及洗衣機旁較髒。地點近天王寺站，步行七至八分鐘便到達，可謂旺中帶靜，十分方便。

非常糟糕的住宿經驗

此次共入住5晚,第1天入住的前30分鐘被臨時通知換房,從4樓換到環境更差的5樓,須等到第4天晚上才能換回原本就訂好的4樓的房間,第3晚得將所有行李及購買物,換洗用具全數又打包好,好不容易再入住,卻發現沒熱水,連絡了好久,工作人員也沒辦法解決,我們有2個老人1個小孩,玩了1天累的要命卻被迫要洗冷水澡,也無法好好休息,冷氣不冷,髒的要死,這真是超級糟糕的住宿經驗,遇到問題,工作人員僅能用e-mail連繫,且無法協助任解決任何事,非常不推薦,相同的房價還有更好的選擇,這間服務真的太爛了

Close to transport and in a relatively quiet area. The steps in the building are quite steep and hard to get a large suitcase up. The room was clean and simple and had everything we needed. Communication was all online and there was a little confusion when we arrived as since booking, I had apparently been sent the instructions for both Room 301 and 302, and tried to get into the wrong apartment first until I found the correct email.

お風呂がカビだらけで気持ち悪かった。 カーテンもカビだらけで気持ち悪かった。 部屋の掃除は何年もされていないと思う。 冷蔵庫の中に前の人が入れた果物が残っていた。 安さで選んだけど、こんなにひどいとは驚いた。 ただ天王寺駅まで歩いて5、6分で近かった。 駅前にはコンビニや飲食店が多くて、便利だった。

入住方便，由天王寺站到酒店只需數分鐘。設備大致齊備，一分錢一分貨，覺得物有所值。因大樓沒電梯，需衡量自己能否帶行李箱到入住樓層。空間感比酒店大還便宜很多，下次到大阪會再考慮的。

호텔이 아닌 한국의 민박시설과 유사합니다. 카운터가 없습니다. 일본어를 하지 못하시는 분은 곤란한 일이 많으실 겁니다. 가족여행으로 다서 불편하실 것 같습니다. 친구, 동료끼리는 몰라도요. 이 가격에 조금 더 주고 호텔에 묵으심이 좋을 것 같습니다

思っていたより狭い部屋でした。 値段が安い宿でしたが、3泊4日すごく快適に過ごせました！ 雨が降ったので、洗濯機があるのも助かりました！ ４人以上の宿泊にはオススメです！

Excellent value for money, close to station

Excellent value for money Close to station, very good facilities...fridge, hot plate,microwave, kettle, washing machine etc. Stairs up quite steep if you have a heavy bag.

반드시 직접 안내 메일을 받으세요. 5층까지 올라가기위해 체력단련이 필요합니다.

텐노지 역과 가까워 이동이 편리했고 역 주변 상가를 이용하면 저렴하게 음식을 구매 할 수 있었습니다. 4인용 식탁과 4인이 쓸수 있는 그릇들이 있습니다. 인덕션과 냄비 도마 등이 있습니다. (젓가락은 없습니다. 포크로 대체) 숙박전 안내메일을 보냈다고 했지만 아무런 안내를 받지 못한 상태로 입실 하는데 많은 어려움이 있었습니다. 반드시 이메일을 통해 안내메일을 받으시길... (호텔스 닷컴에 연락하면 주인장 메일주소 확인 가능) 한국어 상담은 불가능했습니다. 5월이었지만 추웠습니다. 히터를 켰으나 아침, 저녁에는 많이 추웠습니다. 머무는 동안 침구정리를 비롯한 청소와 수건 세탁은 스스로 해야 했습니다. 청소기와 세탁기가 구비되어 있습니다. 하지만 빨래건조기는 없으니 일정을 고려하여 빨래를 해야 합니다. 전자 모기향이 있었으면 하는 바램이 있습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

가격 대비 위치, 크기 대만족.

가격 대비해서 싱글침대 4개에 탁자, TV장, 화장실, 욕실, 주방, 세탁기까지 상당히 넓습니다. 다만 제 일정 동안 비가 이틀정도 왔었는데 벽이랑 바닥에 곰팡이가 생기더라구요. 화창한 날에는 그런 현상이 없었습니다. 습도가 높아서 그런것 같은데 에어컨을 제습으로 틀어놓고 지냈습니다.
