The location was a positive aspect, as it was within walking distance of Dotonbori. However, there were times when it was quite noisy at night due to the busy road nearby. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but since we only stayed for two nights, it was acceptable for us. Overall, it was a decent stay, especially for its convenient location.

Communication with Hotel was done primarily though email. They were very responsive. Video on how to retrieve the key to the room was available, quite useful. The loft we booked was quite spacious and clean. The washer-dryer combo unit worked well. Laundry detergent was provided. We used it on a daily basis, clothes came out completely dry. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, a knife, scissors and dish soap were provided in the kitchen. Only down side was the side of the couch had some dark brown stains on it. A sheet was used to cover the couch. This didn't affect us since we didn't use the couch for sleeping. Definitely recommended for a small family traveling together.

About 7mins walk from either Nipponbashi or Tanimachi 9-chome. The bathroom has a drying function and effectively dry my washed clothes over night. There is a supermarket 1 min from the apartment and plenty of eatery (ramen and udon) nearby. Walking distance to Kuromon market. There is two queen size beds at the loft and quite comfortable. Place is clean and functional. Will book the place again.

Everything was nearby, place was clean and it was a great location. You can hear traffic noise due to the highway but it is not bad. You can definitely sleep through anything. The only thing is that the building itself seems not very well taken care, the elevator gives a dirty vibe but it is not a deal breaker. I would stay there again! Best place to walk around and travel through train.

Great location and the place was spotless. For the price point, we were completely shocked at the kind of place we got. The location was great, it had a washer, semi kitchen and way bigger space than a hotel, we couldn’t have asked for more. Japanese food is awesome but it’s nice to be able to cook your own food every once in awhile. Highly recommend to everyone and will likely stay again in our next trip to Osaka! Thank you
