It was a really spacious traditional style room. Free breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. The only difficulty was that there is no elevator. The staff helped us carry our luggage up but we carried it down ourselves upon check-out. Nonetheless would recommend to others and would personally stay here again if I return!

It’s a small hotel but surprisingly their room is consider big. Clean, warm and cozy. All the staff are very sweet and helpful. It’s near Dotonburi and Kuromon market (walk about 10-15mins). They provide simple and nice breakfast too. Just a downside no elevator in this hotel, but you can ask assistance regarding your luggages.

All the staff was very attentive and sweet. Our room was on the top floor and very nice Japanese style room and very spacious as well. Breakfast was included to our room, it was very good! Only down side was no elevator in this hotel. But hotel staff helped our luggage. Location and price was very nice, thank you so much!

This is a well run hotel close to Dotonbori. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast was traditional and tasty. The staff very helpful, polite and friendly. The only issues were regarding our shower which had very poor pressure and temperature control, the room needed floor cushions and the towels were very old and thin. The price is good but small improvements (water/shower/towels) are needed to make this a great little hotel in a quiet side street. Despite no lifts the staff very kindly carried bags to our room on the 5th floor.

I enjoyed my stay very much, it feels like home, interior is very cozy and relaxing, its also clean, they have amenities that you’d be needing. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, they help me bring down and up my luggage, breakfast are very healthy and delicious, and light (which is important since you’ll be going out throughout the day). Although there’s no elevator, its not a big deal for me since I could get my workout after all of the meal that I have. I’ll definitely come back if I come to Osaka again.
