Each unit is its own floor. This enabled for optimal privacy. It was clean and the unit looks exactly in the picture. Accessible to the Namba station. A supermarket is close by and so are convenience stores. Lots of places to eat at and Namba Parks is also nearby. You can explore the local area on your way to Dotonbori and find hidden gems. Denden Town is also only a few blocks away if you are interested in what it offers. Overall very glad we stayed here.

Check-in was easy using an ipad in reception. The apartment itself was pretty good, although a little basic. The beds were comfortable but duvets were a bit lumpy. Providing laundry liquid was a nice touch as we used that. Only negative I can say was there was a bit of a funky smell in the area by the lift outside our apartment but it wasn't a issue inside the apartment. Great location only ten minutes walk from Namba

Manager gave our room to another group the last night of our stay. They opened our room door middle of the night, it was terrible experience, for both us and the other group.

Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around.

진짜 최고에요 앞으로 오사카 여행은 아파트로 할래요 여기 Piecere는 특히 방도넓고 깨끗했고 급하게 예약했는데 호스트가 호텔스닷컴 문의에 답도 바로 해주어서 매우 기뻤어요 동네도 지루하지않고 난바 도톰보리 이동하기에조 좋았어요 또 방문하고 싶은 좋은 아파트에요

優點： 1.酒店位置方便。 2.Check in過程簡單。 3.睡房的燈可調光暗或夜燈。 缺點： 1.3個人住6天，只供應4條大毛巾，根本不能替換。 2.酒店是禁煙的，雖然進入房間時並沒有煙味，但明顯沒有清潔妥當，因為發現地上有煙頭，根本不能接受。 3.客廳只有一箋吊燈（含6個燈泡），一入住已有2個壞了。 4.另外一入住，房間的空氣清新機根本已經不能運作，不斷顯示「給水」，很明顯酒店根本沒有處理好房間才讓人入住。 5.空調很有問題，夜上睡覺時，明明已調到22度，但只有冇開機才有運作（冷氣噴出）的聲音，過了5分鐘，空調就沒有了（已試過站高用手感受，根本沒有冷氣噴出。 6.清晨時，會隱約聽到鐵路經過的聲音。 總結，如果要求不太多，只求有地方休息，又不怕睡覺時聽到路軌聲，你可以選擇這酒店。

슬리퍼 도난

05월 25일 부터 2박을 하였습니다. 체크인은 17시 도착은 15시이고 무인호텔이라 체크인 후 객실이 아직 청소가 안되어 매니저에게 객실에 짐만 놔두고 나오겠다 하였습니다. 그때 신고있던 슬리퍼를 운동화로 갈아신고 나왔는데 다음날 저녁 슬리퍼가 없는것을 확인하고 매니저에게 알렸지만 없었다는 답변만 받았습니다. 청소직원과 입실시 cctv를 확인하면 슬리퍼를 신고 온걸 확인할수 있다 했으나 다시 없다는 답변뿐 아무러 조치가 없다고 느껴졌습니다. 지인에게 선물받은 고가의 슬리퍼입니다. 제가 슬리퍼를 두고 왔다고 얘기를 안해서 잘못된 부분이 있다면 그건 이해하겠으나 짐을 두고 나가겠다 미리 얘기도 했는데 이런일이 일어난게 이해가 안됩니다.

清潔很差！ 沒有提供wifi密碼 ！溝通很困難！

廁所有很重的臭味， 廚房的鍋具都是燒焦的， 床頭板上跟櫃子都是一層灰塵 ， 說明屋內裝置 的文件夾中還黏著類似糖果殘渣的東西， 洗澡的地方還黏著上一組住客 吃過的口香糖殘渣 說明中顯示有wifi , 但是卻沒有給我們密碼， 經由hotel.com溝通 還是沒有密碼 整個住宿體驗 ，感覺很糟糕
