Can't complain for the price.
The hotel room is surprisingly nice considering how cheap it is. Only a 10 minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki station but the area is a little seedy. The room has little natural light coming in which was hard for me to handle at first but I got used to it. The staff were very friendly to me and made an effort to speak English to me as much as possible.

Great place with wonderful staff
Staff greet you with the kindest manner. Free breakfast with vegetarian option! The room itself was great - clean with all the amenities you need (toothbrush, toothpaste, earbuds, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face cleanser and lotion, shaving cream etc..)

Must check in before 1am, orelse the room is cance
There is a hotel t&c that they will not check in the guest after 1am and the room will automatically cancelled. This t&c does not state or written anywhere prior to booking. My flight was slightly delay plus the immigration caused us to wait for almost 2 hours! That's makes us missed the last train and took taxi to hotel! We spoken and explained to the receptionist in a limited Japanese language plus translation and finally she agrees to give us back the room coz we paid everything already. Hotels. com should review on this as this should not be happened to the guest! Kind of disappointed.

It was kind of irritating, they didn't allow room service orders to anyone who booked before hand. Also the room we were placed in had a lot of rattling/creaking that made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep in, but that's more of a personal problem.

ラブホテルです。ちょっと部屋がタバコ臭かったけど、部屋も広いし普通のホテルより快適でした。 朝食はしょぼいですが、値段を考えれば十分。
