Had a lovely stay - room was a little small, but I expected that to be the case (have stayed with Daiwa before). Nonetheless it had everything I needed, plus really easy access to Kitahama station, making it easy to get anywhere! The staff were excellent, would definitely stay again 😁

Nice rooms but a small bed which not very convenient, friendly staff and quiet. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast not good and whatever time we came, not enough food was available and juices were not always available.

The room was not very big. They provided 2 double beds (not very big) and a single bed even though we were 4. Space is tight. In our case it was not much of a problem since we travelled with our 2 teenagers but you may want a room with another bed if your party is 4. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was incredible, the variety, the taste and quality. Very good. Location wise it is great too, metro station literally next to the hotel, seven eleven roght in front and about 15 min walking to Den Den Town area. The hotel was super quiet as well. Only issue was the small room/beds and the reception staff barely speaks English so just bear that in mind.

施設や接客は良かったんですが、駐車場に停めれると思ったら台数制限が越えてると言われ停めれなくて困りました。9時間もかけて来たのに近くの駐車場を探し回り大変な思いをしました。提携の駐車場を増やしてほしい。そして停めれないなら差額を払うべきだと思う。
