Relatively new condominium in Umeda section of Osaka with no manned staff, check-in was done through a tablet installed at the entrance desk. The location is a bit far from the JR Osaka Station, about 12-15 minutes walking but it is close to shopping areas around the condominium. There was no house keeping service during our stay of four nights at the condo. Each person was provided a bath towel for use during the stay at the condo with no towel exchange service. The condo was equipped with a washer with dryer in the bathroom. The one-bedroom condo was of medium size with two double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and with a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Overall, it is an ok condominium to stay but I would choose another location close to the JR Osaka Station the next time I come to Osaka.

Good size property with kitchen. Walkable to train station and to Umeda building and the Mall. Family Mart in the street. Lots of eating places within 2 minutes walking distance. Only comment would be shower head in the bathroom is in a funny place. Also instructions to enter property are received by email and meant to be received 2 days before. Had to follow up on the day of arrival.

Is situated close to Shin-Osaka & can walk to Osaka-Umeda station which is good for shopping and travel. Family-Mart and 711 are close by. Few restaurants are ata a throwaway distance. Checkin and checkout instructions are detailed and process is easy. Appartment is clean and spacious for a family of 3. All in all, we liked it.

The property was fantastic, spacious and clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. A few things to note, the dryer in the room was a header fan in the bathroom for those who are used to dryer meaning tumble dryer. And the rooms are not serviced, so keep this in mind for towel use etc.

This is a great place if you want something more like an aparthotel/studio. The place was clean, easy to get too etc. The neighbourhood was very very cool.. it's a bit like Shoreditch (London) but cooler with some nice bars and cafes and lots of indie shops. Short walk from Osaka and Umeda station. The check in and out times are slightly later/earlier than a typical hotel but that's just something to be aware of. Also the single lift gets very busy at check out time so another thing to be aware of. But otherwise very pleased with the stay

Quite far from any train station. Also, the drains in the bathtub shower smelled very bad, so I had to buy drain deodorizer to pour into both of them. Also, towel exchange service only available before 10AM is very inconvenient, especially if you’re busy getting ready or sleeping in and you’re staying for more than one night. We just ended up reusing our towels. Having the elevator camera displayed on the first floor is a potential safety issue for women. What’s the point of a washer when you can’t dry it in an hour? The drying option in the shower was no good. Even after 3 hours, my clothes were still wet. I don’t want to have to dry my clothes on the balcony, even more so because the balcony floor didn’t seem clean. No clothing iron/board. There is no reception desk, so you cannot deliver your luggage here. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Honestly, quite surprised that this place has a good rating.

This condo suite was fantastic for a mid-length stay! We had everything we needed in a great, central location near multiple train lines. Check-in was fully remote, and very easy. Access to front door and room both had personal codes, for both security and ease. Having a washing machine in the room made the trip much easier -- it ran very quickly and was free, unlike many other laundry services! We benefitted from the full kitchen, convenience store right downstairs, and refrigerator/freezer combo. Tons of shelf storage in the entryway made daily life a breeze. The only thing I wished for was a full-length mirror, would be a great and simple amenity addition. I will return to this property next time I visit Osaka for sure!
