As a first time visitor to the country this was a great place to stay. This place had clean and spacious accommodations, in addition to being a 5 minute walk to Osaka Station. The very smooth check-in/out process made a late check in super easy!

The apartment looked so nice and was clean when we arrived. it just had a bit of fishy smell by the kitchen, it’s like somebody fried fish. But the host was very helpful and checked what was wrong. They were good in the communication and send deodorizer for the room.
Everything was available, even laundry soap refill. The only thing I thought I can suggest is maybe provide to families with kids the following:
- a small vacuum and cleaning items like kitchen towels to wipe hands and also rugs to wipe the counters.
- a trash bin in the bathroom and toilet.
- an umbrella for rainy days
But overall it was a really good apartment and a safe place to stay.

Amazing! Had everything you need for amenities, very nice lobby despite no contact Checkin, great location walkable to shops, mall, transit. This was a last minute decision for us and turned out perfect! Family of 4 lots of beds and heaps of space plus washer and deck to relax with a morning coffee; highly recommend.

Great value. The unit itself was very clean. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, and subway. Enough space for a family of 5. Nice balcony area to relax and also to dry clothes. Are felt safe. Not in the heart of the nightlife, so it was quiet

Definitely would recommend this place for big groups or Families. We are a family of 4 and had enough space for us to sleep. Kitchen to cook meals. Washer to wash clothes and you can use the bathroom as a dryer to dry your clothes while you’re sleeping. A few minutes from the Yotsubashi Line (blue line) and the JR Namba area where Daiso,Central Square Life (grocery store) and etc.

Excellent Stay for Large Families – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic experience at Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Motomachi. It’s truly one of the best places to stay for large families. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably.
The location is incredibly convenient: just a 7-minute walk to Namba Station and within 10 minutes to major attractions like Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street, Dotonbori, and Ebisu Bridge. We loved being able to explore Osaka on foot!
Highly recommended for anyone traveling with a group or family. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was exactly like in the pictures. Was comfortable enough for our 2 night stay with our family. One suggestion...should have towel racks in the bathroom to hang bath towels. Also not sure if washing machine was also a dryer, but hung our clothes in the shower to dry (which was okay since we only had a few items to hang)
Location was good, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Namba station.

Central Location in Namba
Great location in the Namba area - close proximity to JR station, OCAT (for airport limousine bus), shopping, konbinis, eateries, Dotonbori, etc. Very spacious room for our stay of 5 people in 8B. Good amenities such as umbrellas (lobby), balcony, microwave, washing machine, laundry powder, clothes drying capability in bathroom, toothbrushes, slippers, lots of hangers for laundry, and towels in the room. The lobby is very very hot (no AC) so can not spend time there before or after check in/checked out. The kitchen could use a bit more supplies like paper towels, cutting board etc. Basically, just plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, dish soap and a sponge.

My family traveled to Japan and Osaka was the first stop. We came to Japan this time was 2nd time but we have never been in Osaka. Since there were six of us, it was difficult to find an apartment that could accommodate all people. This hotel has no staffs at front lobby, all communications are via email and messages, and that was not a problem at all. The hotel’s owner was very fast and easy to be reached. Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Motomach is very close to many restaurants and shopping places. It is walkable to Dotonbori and shopping district. We were surprised that our room was very spacious and clean. The kids loved staying here and we will definitely come back again when we travel to Japan and Osaka.

Best accommodation. We stayed in the 700 sq ft apartment and was great, very spacious for our family of 2 kids and 2 grandparents. Everything you need is in the apartment - cutlery, plates, bowls, microwave , oven, washer… dryer is hanging in the bathroom with a fan which worked well though slow. One bedroom with 2 double beds and 3 beds outside (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Tv had all streaming channels. Location is so good…5 mins from namba station which has an underground food network, also 7 mins from Central square life supermarket which is the best most modern cleanest grocery store - we bought all our meals from there! HUGE!!! Will return here !

This is a self check hotel in so don’t plan to drop off your luggage early at the front desk. I love how close it is to Namba station and walking distance to the Dotonbori River and shopping.

New building, everything is fairly new and clean
My comments after 1 week stay:
1. Room price is not hostel, should provide better quality slippers and dental set for both adult and kids
2. Should have stool at bathroom sink for kids and stool in shower room
3. Needs kitchen towel
4. Should provide new kitchen sponge upon new customer for hygiene purposes
5. Kitchen needs knife and scissors
6. Provide Shoe horn
7. Provide plastic hangers instead of wood
8. Add body lotion to amenity pack
9. Electric lock would be more convenient
10. Long stay offer should have more room cleaning service
11. Should explicitly mention no room cleaning during stay at hotel description - deliberately missing an important fact
12. Since no cleaning and reception, should provide clear instructions where to get items/throw trash/means of contact with hotel
13. English manual instructions for multiple different remote controls would be helpful to foreigners
