Awesome place if you are staying in Osaka. Would highly recommend. Our favorite place while in Japan and we revealed quite a bit. Plus Roberto at the front desk was awesome!

Clean and spacious hotel room. Modern and stylish lobby. Quite a walk from Osaka Station but generally it is still acceptable. Hotel staffs were friendly and the entire stay duration was a pleasant one.

Every night motorcycle made noisy around 11:00 p.m until 2-3 a.m. Also,the hotel do not have public transportation provide from Airport to Hotel. We need to carry all your luggages from station to hotel around 10-15 min walk.

We stayed in a Deluxe loft, 1 Queen bed with sofa bed Pros: - convenient location, lose to interesting shops and cafes. Short walk to the subway station. Cons: - the room was facing the main street. By night-time it was so noisy. We were on the 4th floor and could hear people talking on the sideways below us and the cars/motorbike noise was all loud all night. Then in the morning, you can hear buses braking every time they stopped. The next morning, I told someone in reception and they were able to offer us a new room on a higher floor (14th) which was much quieter. - the buffet breakfast was simply not good and very low quality. It was included with our stay and we almost wanted to skip it and get something better in the neighbourhood.

This place was an awesome stay in Osaka! The staff was wonderful, the food was great, and the room felt massive compared to our Tokyo and Kyoto hotels. Super clean and comfy. They provided us with fresh water bottles every day which was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Loved it here so much, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and personable! Close to different lines and beautiful rooms! Only thing was that there are only two laundry machines so you have to reserve a time and it’s a washer/dryer in one, and it did not fully clean /dry out clothes, there is a 2 hour time limit on the washer and we had to go to a laundr-o mat after wasting 2 hours trying to use the ones in the hotel :/ skip the hotel laundry and go to a nearby laundry mat. But that’s the only slightly inconvenient thing, we lived it here so so much!

Staff was great! Robert recommended great places to eat and to shop!! The cleaning crew was a little different. I had to call twice for things they forgot to do. Otherwise a very nice hotel, centrally located and excellent service

Big fluffy bed and lots of fluffy pillows made for a great sleep after walking around all day. Loved the modern decor and really appreciated the amenities (hello drybar products!). Was quiet on the 10th floor. Barely heard any traffic at all.

We arrived at 3.30 however our room was not ready so they gave us a different room to enable us to freshen up after our long flight, the staff then moved our luggage to our room when it was ready. The room was amazing, corner view with a lot of space. I liked that there was a Mcdonadls and Family Mart across the road which is always great as we are travelling with our 7 year old so always good to know we have a back up for food options for her. About 15 minutes walk to Osaka station and close to the metro stations too! We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Umeda Hotel
Great location in Umeda with easy access to the station, great room sizes – much larger than many similar hotels and a good breakfast buffet offering Western and Japanese options.

Excellent and Cozy Hotel
Definitely a cozy boutique hotel that i would stay again if ever I am in Osaka again. Connected to the Osaka train station via the basement underground walkway which is only 3 minutes from the hotel. Modern, cozy, and nicely decorated lobby, clean and spacious room and a nice breakfast spread really make our stay so pleasant. Thank you Aloft Osaka

We really liked the room layout of this hotel. The divider between the toilet/shower area and the bed really helped block any light from the toilet area when either of us was sleeping. The sound proofing was really good, could hardly hear the busy road outside. The bed itself was very comfy and large. We really liked having the sofa as an alternative place to sit rather than just the bed. The shower had really good pressure. The bar is really nice, we had a couple of drinks there during our stay. Everywhere in the hotel was really clean and we liked that only hotel guests can use the lift, made us feel very safe and secure. The laundry facility was really helpful for us as we were in Japan for just under 2 weeks and had clothes to wash during our trip. There are only 2 washer drier machines for the entire hotel so you have to book in advance. Our main regret was just not staying in Osaka for longer so we could enjoy the hotel for a bit longer!

Very hip and trendy styled hotel. Comp drink ticket upon arrival, dining and bar area. They are prepared to welcome guest and show them where everything is. The beds a little too hard for my personal liking, you can hear the cars passing and loud sounds but convenient to get around with the stations being in walkable distance. The buffet isn’t as vegetarian or vegan friendly and food available isn’t warm.

Hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was great for access to the train. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.
