Super friendly, clean and respectful staff. It's also in an excellent area. I especially appreciated the communal bath provided for the guests as well as the clean bathrobe and towels daily.

We've arrived at the property late, but the reception staff was kind and easy to work with. The rooms were cozy enough, though having a dryer in each rooms would've been nice.

The mattress seemed old or lower in quality. I could feel the cross supports in the platform bed frame, which made it difficult to position at night, along the lines of a pull-out mattress. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with Japanese and Western choices. The service staff was helpful.

This is a great location if you are looking to explore the Osaka area! A less than 5 minute walk to the nearest station and there is an onsen (hot spring) available in the hotel. Just a heads up that those with tattoos will not be able to use the onsen, but those who don’t will be able to enjoy!

Hotel is a walking distance from the train station. So it is very convenient. It's a small compact hotel, but rooms like just slightly bigger than the usual APA chain. Staff are generally nice and helpful.

We didn’t stay our full stay here due to the renovations. Early morning her banging & drilling. Bed very very hard. In a very quiet are but if you want shopping it’s train ride.

Convenient store across the street and small market within one block. Love that it is only a two block walk to the subway. Although the staff were not fluent in English. They readily used translation apps and were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it be public bath and sauna facilities were excellent. It was very convenient that the information was on the home screen of the television regarding how vacant or crowded the public bath was. They also had a coin operated washer and dryer.

The staff was professional and helpful. As a non-Japanese speaker, I found them to be kind and patient. Love the bag drop off service ( both before check-in and after checkout). As a single traveller, the room was just big enough. Keep in mind it’s even smaller than what I thought it would be, but the use of space is well planned. Those with mobility issues would have a hard time to step up in the bathroom and tub. So keep that in mind. I was so glad there were no tour bus loads of people staying here like other properties I saw in other areas. The breakfast was delicious and generous. I would definitely stay at this property again.
