There were some convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Excellent staff. Clean. The only problem was the size of the room. Very small for 2 people with 3 suitcases but expected.

色々と騒がしく、よく寝れませんでした。 頻繁に利用させていただいていますか、通常は高層階に宿泊してます。 今回、高層階が予約して出来なかったので低層階にて予約しました。 構造上の問題かもしれませんが、排水管が夜中も朝も慌しく流れ、御堂筋線の音も気になりました。 大した金額差では無いのに、低層階の環境に大変残念な気持ちになりました。 次から、高層階が予約して出来ない際は他のホテルを予約します。

外国人の方が多いからなのか、スタッフさんが疲れているのか、笑顔もなく、冷たい接客でした。15時のチェックインを待っていたのになぜ私以外の人には整理券が配られており、意味が分かりませんでした。フロントで配布していたといわれましたが私はもらっていませんでした。アパホテルのスタッフさんはいつも概ね笑顔のイメージだったので本当に残念です。

The room was so clean and very comfortable considering that it was small but it was nice. Amenities were provided with toothbrushes, HAIR BANDS, shavers etc. Also pretty much everyday, the housekeepers will leave clean towels outside our doors. There were Lawsons, Family Mart AND 711 on the same road of where the hotel is located. Other than that, the bad and not so bad about the place was our AC. It wasn’t working and the air was making me and my spouse’s throat hurt. But it was okay cause it was cold and so we opened the window. Highly recommend staying here it was above all comfortable. Mahalo
