Location is perfect! I was traveling with my toddler, so conveniency is a must. The room is small compared to what I am used to, however with daily organization it works out. If you’re to do laundry, there’s only 2 machines — it gets busy. My suggestion would to do laundry in the early morning before the daily activities.

This hotel does not provide full size towels, supposedly to be green? They provide new slippers and toothbrushes everyday but they don’t provide full size bath towels. Additionally, the size of the bathroom is quite unnecessary. I would much rather forego having a bathtub for better hot water pressure. The hot water dribbled out as if the shower head was not connected properly, but the cold water pressure is normal. Aside from this, staff were very helpful and the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Very busy hotel. It seemed a lot of tour groups stayed there. We were on the 14th floor & could hear the chair scraping from the restaurant upstairs early mornings.

My stay in the King Bedroom was pleasant overall, although the room felt smaller than expected based on the photos. There wasn't much space beyond the bed, and the lack of closet and luggage space was noticeable. Given the chance, I would have opted for a larger accommodation. The bed itself was quite firm, which might not suit everyone's preference. The bathroom was compact, but I appreciated having a tub to relax in after a day of walking. One downside was the proximity of the smoking area to the elevator, resulting in some smoke drifting into the facilities. On a positive note, the presence of a laundry area was convenient. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon snacks, including donuts and custards. Despite the room size and smoking issue, I would consider staying here again, perhaps in a larger room next time.

Very conveniently located just across the road from kuromon markets, and walking distance to so much. Also right next to a metro station. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is great and eveththing is clean. The matteess is a bit hard but otherwise the rooms are comfortable. The perfume in the lobby is really strong and i had to plug my nose when i walked through and other guests were sneezing.

I had a very nice experience overall with this hotel. When I first arrived—I was slightly afraid that the hotel staff wouldn’t be the nicest, and the hotel room wouldn’t block out the noise from the bustling nightlife. I’m happy to say that the staff were extremely kind, and my hotel room was much quieter than I originally thought it would be. I paid to have breakfast included the next morning. It was buffet-style and everything was super delicious.

The hotel only offered 2 pillows for 4 person, though in my booking I stated 2 adults and 2 kids. We ask for atleast 2 more hotel receptionist said they don't have left....But the area is walkable to almost everything you wanted from shopping to restaurant.

The location is so convenient! Walkable distance to the main Namba station and there is another metro station about 8 minutes walk from here. The hotel is also right next to a Lawson so it's very convenient if you ever need any necessities or snacks. The staff was very attentive whenever I needed help and very friendly whenever we returned back to the hotel. I will be staying here when I return to Osaka!

It was overall average stay. We felt the room carpets were dirty as there were stains and the quilt cover had a light yellow stain. During winter period, the hotel locks aircon so there was only heating available. The room was so stuffy that we had to open windows to sleep. The car noises were very loud at night after 12am.

I’ve been to Osaka before and booked hotel rooms that were amazing. I can’t believe we paid $90 a night and the receptionist really gave me a room with a blurred out window that can’t even open. I managed to open a little and looked outside to a very disappointing view of an ally way of I think restaurants. I asked to change rooms with a better window and view. They asked for extra charge. Unbelievable.. because my friend got a better room without paying extra charge. Of course I complained! What matters is that I changed my room for free. However, I won’t be booking near this location the next time I visit. It’s a little trashy and seems like the ghetto side of Osaka.
