"Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation....

Great staff!
"The staff were excellent. They helped us get a first-floor room because I did not realize they did not have an elevator. My husband uses a cane, and the staff went to work immediately to get us a ground floor room. The rooms were well maintained and clean."
