"This was an EXCELLENT stay!! We had a private apartment suite. It included a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. I didnt realize the size of it when we booked, it was just me and my husband. The staff was so friendly and guided us to the best parts of the city. 15 minute walk from the funicular. You can take the bus from the station of you prefer, 5 minute walk from the duomo. Whple trip was bsolutely stunning!!!! Highly recommend this hotel"

"Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. "Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "

"The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
